Stores

Q: Where are your stores located?

A: We are located in 41 states. You can find the stores that are closest to you by checking out our store locator. Just enter your zip code and the stores in your area will be displayed. Can’t find any stores by you? We are growing fast so you may see us in your area before you know it!

Q: What time do your stores open/close?

A: Our store hours will vary by center. Please contact your area rue21 for their hours of operation. You can find the stores in your area by using our store locator.

Product

Q: What sizes do you carry?

A: We offer Girl's and Guy's sizing in all of our stores. In Girl's, we carry sizes 0-13 in bottoms and small to extra large in tops. As well as sizes S = 6/7, M = 7/8, L = 9/10, XL = 11 in our shoes. In Guy's, we carry sizes 28-38 in bottoms and small to double extra large in tops.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You can return any item purchased in a rue21 store to any other rue21 store within 30 days of your purchase date. If you have your original receipt, you will receive a refund for the amount you paid. If you don’t have the receipt or you are beyond the 30 days, we will offer you either an exchange for other merchandise or a merchandise credit for the current selling price of the item.

Q: I shopped at your store while on vacation; can I make the return to a different store?

A: You can return any item purchased in a rue21 store in any rue21 store. Please have your receipt so we can refund your money or make an even exchange.

Online/Catalog Shopping

Q: Do you have online shopping?

A: We do not have online shopping on our site right now, we do have future plans to offer online shopping. Be sure to join the rueCommunity to receive updates.

Q: Do you have a catalog?

A: rue21 does not have a catolog, but we do have future plans for online shopping.

Gift Cards

Q: How do I buy a rue21 Gift Card?

A: You can purchase a gift card at any rue21 location. We do have future plans to sell gift cards online.

Q: How do I check the balance on my gift card?

A: You can call the 800 number on the back of your gift card or you can stop in any rue21 store to find out the balance on your gift card.

Q: I lost my gift card. Can I get a replacment card?

A: Yes, we can replace your gift card if it was lost or stolen. You can call 1-866-533-4783 Monday thru Friday (9 AM to 5 PM EST) to request a replacment. We will need a copy of your original purchase reciept and can only replace the current balance on the card.

Q: Can I apply online?

A: Yes you can. You can fill out our "Expression of Interest" that can be found under "Job Opportunities" on our site. You can also email your resume to Careers@rue21.com

Q: How old do you have to be to work at rue21?

A: To work at rue21, you need to be 16 and have a vaild work permit (if applicable). You can fill out our "Expression of Interest" or you can pick up an application at any store.

Q: Do you offer interships?

A: We offer interships at our coroporate offices in Pittsburgh, PA. You can email your resume to Careers@rue21.com.

A: You can sign up by clicking on “Become a Member” on our “Sign Up” tab. Just fill out the required information and you will recive an email confirming your registration.

A: It is easy to update your account. Simply login to your account to access your personal information.

Q: Do you have franchise information available?

A: We appreciate your interest in rue21. Howerever, rue21 is a privately held company and we are not currently looking to offer franchises or other retailers to sell rue21 product.

Q: How can I request a donation?

A: At this time we do not have any programs to support donation request. We are involved in the communites where our stores are located. You can submit you request to us and we will consider it. If we can help, we will contact you directly.
